Growing competence and capacity is a never ending process in any profession. In research, everyone from young researchers to senior leaders have the same reality: the world is constantly changing. Global change causes us to understand how we can create more usefulness from research, and with international relevance. A large part of future climate solutions come from research today.

Change is created by individuals. We need more understanding and skills, and especially such which include international dimension. Then the skill development is globally relevant.

We can achieve this by strengthening our research and career opportunities by being proactive, and establish skill development and build our capacity. This webinar invites interested individuals to discuss skill development with global dimension, and share ideas how to implement skill development in international way. We will discuss which are possible next steps.

In this webinar we have particular focus on Sweden-Pakistan-China.
