The workshop is for those who are interested to know more but without aiming to be experts. It will give you an additional knowledge base to your own expert area.

Course fee: 120 EUR.

You will

– get an understanding of what semiconductors are, how they work, and why they are crucial in today’s technologies. Do not worry, we will not go into the complex details. This is presented at such level that you understand the principle and what it does to create the electronics.

– learn about the latest developments and trends in the semiconductor industry, including how it impacts various sectors like automotive, energy, etc. We will use own examples from silicon carbide.

– understand the challenges and opportunities in the semiconductor field, including supply chain dynamics, innovation drivers, and global market trends.

– have insights how they are shaping the future, from advancements in AI and IoT to the evolution of smart cities and beyond.

The workshop course is given as a combination of presentation material, interactive discussions, and real-world examples

ensuring a comprehensive and accessible learning experience

The workshop course is given by R2B founder Dr. Mikael Syväjärvi who has 30 years in semiconductors (silicon carbide). He has developed and given courses at university during many years and adapt contents for workshop courses.
